Junior Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Design digital solutions that deliver best‑in‑class user experiences and support positive business outcomes.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, senior designers, engineers, and business teams to create intuitive, visually engaging solutions.
• Ensure designs are user‑friendly, accessible, and aligned with the overall product vision and goals.
• Apply a user‑centred design approach by leveraging real customer insights and validating your work through user feedback.
• Work within a broader team to support the delivery of agreed digital KPIs and customer outcomes.
• Communicate design ideas effectively, both visually and verbally.

• Strong proficiency in Figma and experience sketching, wire framing, user flows, and prototypes.
• Track record of delivering high‑quality design work that drives positive results.
• Good knowledge of UX and UI design, with an understanding of best practices for mobile application design.
• A problem‑solving mindset.
• Confident in presenting design work at various stages.
• Proactive approach to staying up to date with industry trends, tools, and evolving design best practices.
• Experience working in lean, agile environments as part of cross‑functional teams, familiarity with Scrum methodology is beneficial.
• Previous experience in financial services is desirable.
• Proficiency in design and collaboration tools including Miro, Confluence, and Jira is beneficial.

This role will be a hybrid role, where you will spend two days in our Bradley Stoke (Bristol) offices, and three days at home.
