Access talent has recently partnered with a SME following the companies recent project wins across the UK. This multidisciplinary has ambitious growth plans with offices in the Greater Southampton area, London, and Bristol, with plans for further expansion due to contestant winnings of projects.

Role

This role is very hands on, you are required to have experience in the production of technical drawings, with this practice primarily focused on residential projects; it is essential this experience is within the residential sector. You will also have experience of team management, from managing workloads to team management and monitoring of deadlines.

Experience / Qualifications

8+ Years UK technical experience
Right to work in the UK
Proficient in AutoCAD
Full UK driving licence
Management and business development experience
