Aztrum are pleased to be partnering with a well-established architectural practice based in Bristol, who are looking to appoint a motivated and performance-driven Architect to join their team.

This is an excellent opportunity to take the next step in your career, working on high-quality residential & healthcare projects. The role offers exposure across all project stages within a collaborative and supportive studio environment, with the opportunity to take projects from concept through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities for this Architect role:

• Lead design development and contribute creatively across all project stages

• Prepare and coordinate planning applications and design documentation

• Ensure compliance with UK building regulations and planning policies

• Coordinate with consultants, contractors and wider project teams

• Support project delivery across the RIBA work stages, ensuring quality and deadlines are met

Key Requirements for this Architect role:

• ARB registered Architect (or close to registration)

• Minimum 3+ years’ post-Part 3 experience within UK-based architectural practice

• Demonstrable experience delivering projects across the RIBA work stages

• Proven residential experience, with healthcare or education sector exposure welcomed

• Strong design and technical ability with a good eye for detail

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit desirable)

• Good graphic, communication and project management skills
