The Role We're hiring a 3D Experiential Designer to join our in-house creative team. You'll work side-by-side with our Lead Designer and Creative Director to develop and visualise designs for live brand activations, festival builds, sponsorship spaces, and immersive pop-ups. You'll play a key part in turning ideas into reality — building your skills, expanding your portfolio, and gaining hands-on experience across every stage of the design and production process.

Key Responsibilities Create 3D visuals, drawings, and decks that clearly communicate design intent Support creative concept development and bring fresh thinking to each project Work closely with production to ensure your designs are practical and build-ready Join site visits and contribute to key decisions that shape the final output
