Strategic Urban Extensions & Healthcare Schemes
As a Senior Planner, you will take the lead on medium to large-scale planning applications, working closely with clients and local authorities.
- Leading residential and healthcare planning applications
- Drafting detailed Planning Statements and committee reports
- Representing clients at planning committee
- Managing Local Plan representations
- Mentoring junior members of the team
You will have genuine project ownership and direct client exposure.
About You- MRTPI qualified (or very close to completion)
- Strong experience in residential development
- Experience in healthcare or community infrastructure desirable
- Confident and commercially aware
- Capable of managing projects independently
