This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the design and delivery of diverse, nationally significant projects while developing your career within a supportive, employee‑owned environment. The role offers exposure to all RIBA stages and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of architects, designers, and specialists.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and contribute to projects from concept through to delivery, ensuring design quality and technical compliance.
  • Provide professional guidance to design and construction teams.
  • Work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams, building strong client and consultant relationships.
  • Prepare drawings, design submissions, technical information, reports, and specifications.
  • Present design ideas clearly to clients and stakeholders.
  • Manage workload across multiple projects.
Key Requirements
  • ARB‑registered Architect (RIBA Part 3).
  • Minimum 3 years’ post‑qualification experience in design and delivery‑focused practice.
  • Strong Revit and Enscape skills (Photoshop and InDesign desirable).
  • Demonstrable portfolio across a variety of project stages.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Collaborative mindset, with a genuine passion for creating purposeful, people‑focused places.
Benefits
  • Flexible and hybrid working arrangements, designed to support work‑life balance and reduce commuting.
  • Flexi‑time and flexi‑days: the ability to adjust start/finish times and accrue additional time‑off.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including pension scheme and enhanced parental leave.
  • Opportunities for career development, training, and CPD.
  • A contemporary and collaborative studio environment in an excellent location.
  • Inclusive and supportive culture, actively promoting diversity, wellbeing, and equal opportunities.
  • Studio closure between Christmas and New Year in addition to annual leave.
  • Employee‑owned model, where everyone has a voice and a stake in the success of the practice.
