Daily Duties

Supporting project teams across a variety of architectural schemes
Assisting with design development and technical drawing packages
Producing presentations, visuals and project documentation
Participating in client meetings and consultant coordination
Assisting with planning applications and tender information
Collaborating within multidisciplinary teams across different sectors
Contributing creative ideas and design solutions throughout project stages
Maintaining awareness of design standards, regulations and compliance requirements

Ideal Candidate

Architectural Technology degree or equivalent qualification
Strong design, communication and presentation skills
Enthusiastic, proactive and collaborative approach
Interest in community-focused and sustainable design
Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
Good understanding of UK planning and RIBA stages
Proficiency in software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Adobe Creative Suite and Enscape
Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and technical ability
Motivated to develop professionally within a supportive practice environment
