Senior Architect

• Lead architectural design across all RIBA stages from concept to completion
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver compliant and buildable solutions
• Manage client relationships and act as a key project contact
• Oversee production of detailed drawing packages using Revit and BIM processes
• Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and planning requirements
• Mentor junior team members and maintain design quality standards

• A minimum of5 years post-qualification experience in UK architectural practice
• Strong proficiency in Revit and BIM coordination
• Thorough knowledge of UK Building Regulations and planning processes
• Proven experience leading projects across all RIBA work stages
• Strong communication skills with clients and consultants
