Architectural Technician
Location: Outskirts of Bristol
Position: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: Competitive (DOE)
Are you an experienced Architectural Technician with strong Revitskills, looking to contribute to large-scale residential developments across the UK?
We’re looking for a technically capable and detail-oriented individual to join our growing team on the outskirts of Bristol. You'll play a key role in the delivery of high-profile residential schemes for major developers nationwide.

As an Architectural Technician, you will:
- Be involved in the technical delivery of residential masterplans and housing developments, from planning through to construction
- Collaborate with project architects, consultants, and developers to ensure cohesive project coordination
- Translate design concepts into accurate, buildable technical documentation
- Produce detailed technical and construction drawing packages using REVIT
- Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants across all design and construction stages
- Prepare and submit planning and building regulation applications
- Ensure compliance with current UK Building Regulations, technical standards, and client specifications
- Liaise with contractors, clients, and local authorities as needed
- Support junior team members and contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture
- Proven experience working on UK residential projects, ideally including developer-led housing
- Strong REVIT proficiency and experience working within BIM environments
