Westworks is seeking a talented and motivated Project Architect to join our growing team. This role is ideally suited to an architect with experience running medium to large-scale residential developments.

You will play an important role in shaping our schemes from early concept through to planning, working within a collaborative team environment and contributing to the design and delivery of thoughtful, well-considered places.

As a Project Architect, you will hold a significant leadership role, guiding major projects and overseeing multiple smaller projects.

The role will involve contributing to site appraisals, developing layouts and design strategies, preparing planning & construction information packages and collaborating with clients, consultants and internal teams. You will be supported by a collaborative studio culture that values design quality, knowledge sharing and professional development.

• ARB registered Architect
• 5+ years working & running medium to large-scale residential projects.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software, such as Revit, AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong conceptual and design skills, with the ability to think creatively and critically
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving
• Knowledge of planning and Building Regulation requirements
