Senior Designer

Responsibilities

• Creatively lead project teams' approach and direction
• Support the management of design resources across technical projects to promote best design practices
• Communicate with new and existing clients to maintain an agency level of design and technical support
• Review scoping documents to ensure clients receive great value and high-quality design and creative work
• Select and challenge project teams, ensuring projects are design-led
• Be hands-on with mixed discipline projects and able to jump in to give creative guidance and support when needed
• Helping develop future work pipelines through client engagement, spotting opportunities and maximizing potential

• A passion for design and digital technology with an outstanding eye for detail
• Previous experience working in large-scale mixed discipline projects
• Excellent and confident organizational and communication skills
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Illustrator and Photo Shop
• Experience in UX and UI Design with the ability to lean in on projects
• Strong layout and typography skills
• The ability to work well under pressure
• Agile development
• Team player, able to build excellent client relationships through thought leadership, outstanding creativity and proactive and reactive problem solving
