Location:
Central Manchester (1 day per week in office) Contract Type: 6-month fixed-term contract Security Clearance: SC (must be eligible to obtain dual nationals cannot be considered) Umbrella Rate: £35-£45 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce high-quality architectural drawings and technical documentation using Revit.
- Deliver detailed designs for construction projects at RIBA Stages 4-5.
- Collaborate closely with contractors and project teams to ensure designs are effectively translated into detailed, buildable construction documentation. Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years' experience in architectural detailing.
- Strong Revit skills essential.
- Experience in the prison sector is desirable but not essential.
