Associate Architect

We're looking for an Associate Architect to join our growing National Architecture team in our brand-new central Bristol office. Designed to foster collaboration, creativity and innovation, our new workspace brings together talented professionals from across multiple disciplines, creating an environment where ideas are shared, expertise is combined and great design flourishes.

As we continue to invest in our presence both nationally and across the Southwest, you'll have the opportunity to play a key role in shaping our growing Architecture team while delivering impactful projects across the UK and internationally.

As an Associate Architect, you'll provide both technical and design leadership across a varied portfolio of multidisciplinary projects. You'll work closely with clients, lead project teams, manage and mentor colleagues and help drive the continued growth of our Architecture business in the Southwest and beyond.

You’ll have the opportunity to:

• Lead architectural design and project delivery at all RIBA stages.

• Manage multidisciplinary project teams across commercial, residential and mixed-use developments.

• Collaborate with engineers, planners, landscape architects and environmental specialists to deliver integrated design solutions.

• Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships, acting as a trusted advisor throughout project life cycles.

• Support work-winning activities including bids, presentations and client engagement
