18 Week Support, a trusted partner to the NHS, is currently seeking skilled and forward-thinking ENT Consultant Surgeons to join our growing team in East Sussex.

As a Surgical ENT Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality care to patients with a broad spectrum of ear, nose, and throat conditions. Your responsibilities will include leading on the diagnosis, operative and non-operative management of ENT disorders, and contributing to the strategic development of ENT services within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and manage patients with ENT conditions across outpatient and surgical settings.
• Perform elective and emergency ENT surgical procedures (e.g., tonsillectomy, septoplasty, endoscopic sinus surgery, ear surgery, laryngoscopy).
• Lead or participate in outpatient clinics, diagnostic investigations, and minor surgical procedures.

Requirements:

• GMC registration with entry on the Specialist Register
• Full licence to practise in the UK
• Experience working within NHS
• Strong communication and team working skills, with a patient-focused approach
