Candidates must have, or be eligible for, GMC registration that allows them to work in posts that are not recognised for training.

• Previous paid NHS experience is essential.
• Completion of a Foundation Program (or equivalent) and experience and familiarity with UK hospital systems and practices (or equivalent) are essential.

Southmead Hospital is a designated Major Trauma Centre, as well as a regional referral centre for renal medicine, urology, vascular and transplant surgery, neurology and neurosurgery. The trust has good links with the University of Bristol and the University of the West of England.
