The Opportunity

We are looking for an ambitious SEND LSA to join our dedicated team from 2nd February 2026 until 31st August 2026. The role will generally involve working with a pupil on a 1:1 basis, supporting teaching and supervising a pupil with SEND in a safe and inclusive manner, ensuring their well‑being and access to learning, and monitoring and assessing pupils in both indoor and outdoor areas.

You will support the teacher to deliver high quality learning and interventions using the planning provided by the lead teacher.

About You

You are likely to have gained excellent teaching skills and experience in engaging pupils and working collaboratively with colleagues. You should bring professionalism, enthusiasm and an appropriate Level 2 qualification or above.
