Placemaking and Customer Experience Coordinator
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a creative, organised and people-focused Placemaking and Customer Experience Coordinator to join a growing UK property services team working across a diverse commercial real estate portfolio.
What is Placemaking?Placemaking is simply about creating events, experiences and content that help people feel more connected to the places they work in and visit. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys creativity, variety and working with people.
The RoleYou’ll support placemaking and customer experience activity across multiple UK assets, combining events, engagement and digital content.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting and delivering occupier engagement and placemaking programmes
- Coordinating and delivering events
- Creating and managing social media and digital content
- Engaging with occupiers, local partners and suppliers
- Supporting surveys, reporting and case studies
You don’t need property experience, but you should be organised, creative and confident managing multiple tasks.
You’ll likely bring:
- Experience or interest in marketing, events, engagement or customer experience
- Confidence using social media and creating digital content
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Hybrid working, with a contracted office in Bristol and UK travel
- Salary £28,000–£32,000 depending on experience
- 25 days annual leave, volunteering days, car allowance and benefits
