As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you will have the chance to work alongside and learn from experienced professionals such as SENCOs, Educational Psychologists, and Occupational Therapists . As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you will work closely with young learners who display behaviour that falls outside the expected boundaries within the school.
