An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and enthusiastic Psychology Teacher to join a supportive and forward‑thinking secondary school in South Gloucestershire. This role, starting at the beginning of Term 3 (January 2026), is ideal for a teacher passionate about inspiring students and helping them achieve success at A‑Level Psychology

You’ll be delivering engaging and well‑structured Psychology lessons at A‑Level, helping students develop analytical skills, critical thinking, and a deep understanding of psychological theories and research. The school encourages creativity and supports teachers in delivering a curriculum that is both challenging and accessible.

• Teach Psychology at A‑Level
• Plan and deliver high‑quality, engaging lessons
• Support students in developing exam techniques and independent learning skills
• Contribute to curriculum planning and departmental initiatives
• Maintain high standards of behaviour and academic progress
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Strong subject knowledge in Psychology
• Experience teaching A‑Level Psychology desirable
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
• A passion for teaching and student success
