Email Marketing Executive

About The Role

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Group Customer & Marketing Team as an Email Marketing Executive. This is a hands‑on CRM role where you’ll deliver day‑to‑day email campaigns while supporting wider strategic initiatives that enhance customer journeys and drive performance. You’ll work closely with teams across the business, bringing confidence, curiosity, and attention to detail to every campaign.

This is a hybrid position, giving you the flexibility to work three days from home and two days in our Bristol office.

• Deliver email campaigns in a fast‑paced, agile environment with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Manage daily email activations in Adobe Campaign, with future involvement in Bloomreach migration and adoption.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams and stakeholders, communicating confidently and clearly.
• Apply HTML and other coding languages (JavaScript, Jinja) to troubleshoot and personalise emails.
• Analyse campaign performance, identify trends, and recommend optimisations and best practices.
• Ensure robust QA processes and accurate tracking parameters across all campaigns.
• Provide real‑time reporting and insights to stakeholders, including senior leaders.
• Partner with Creative Studio to shape briefs using data‑led recommendations and email best practice.
• Contribute ideas and input to strategic initiatives, with opportunities to lead smaller projects.
• Prioritise effectively and manage stakeholder communication proactively, not just via email, but through calls and face‑to‑face conversations.
• Stay up to date with email marketing trends and share knowledge across teams.

• Marketing experience with a strong foundation in email campaign delivery.
• Confidence engaging with stakeholders and working cross‑functionally.
• Awareness of email marketing best practices and CRM principles.
  
  Experience with Bloomreach or similar ESP/CDP platforms is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimise performance.
• HTML/JavaScript knowledge required;
  Jinja desirable.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• High attention to detail, strong organisation, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive communicator who builds relationships beyond email, through calls and in‑person conversations.
• Degree in marketing/business or equivalent experience.
