Teacher (KS2)
Location: Oasis Academy Connaught
Start Date: January 2026
Contract: Fixed Term until 31/08/2026
Salary: Main Pay Scale (M1 £ 32,916 M6 £ 45,352) + Teachers Pension Scheme
Hours: Full-time (32.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday)
Responsibilities- Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons that inspire and challenge pupils.
- Foster a safe, purposeful, and stimulating learning environment.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external partners to ensure every child thrives.
- Promote and safeguard the welfare of children and young people at all times.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience in KS2.
- A proven ability to raise standards and deliver high-quality teaching.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to teamwork.
- A positive, proactive approach to behaviour management and pupil progress.
