Your role will involve supervising lessons, maintaining high behaviour standards, and supporting student learning during the absence of the regular teacher.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage classroom behaviour to ensure a constructive learning environment.
Supervise assigned tasks set by the subject teacher.
Act as a positive role model and build productive relationships with students.
Demonstrate a commitment to safeguarding and ensuring the health and safety of students.

Ideal Graduate Cover Supervisor Candidate:

Previous experience in a school setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to manage challenging behaviour and foster a positive learning environment.
Passion for education and a dedication to supporting students in their learning.
