We're working with a welcoming primary school in Patchway, Bristol to recruita dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant who can make a meaningful impact in inclusive and nurturing learning environments. ??

Your Role Will Include:
* Providing tailored support to a specific pupil with additional learning needs
* Collaborating withclass teachers and SENCOs to implement personalised learning plans
* Building apositive and encouraging relationship to help the pupil engage and progress
* Supporting emotional regulation and social development
* Assisting withclassroom activities and transitions to promote inclusion ??

What We're Looking For:

* A caring,empathetic, and patient approach
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience supporting children with SEND or additional needs - highly desirable
* Level 2 or 3

Teaching Assistant qualification - an advantage, but not essential ??
