If so, Academics Ltd would love to hear from you. We are looking for a compassionate and committed 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to join welcoming primary and secondary schools across Bristol.

• Providing tailored 1:1 support that meets the individual needs of pupils
• Encouraging pupils to actively take part in lessons and wider school life
• Implementing targeted strategies to help pupils make measurable progress
• Building strong, positive and trusting relationships with pupils
• Working hand-in-hand with class teachers and communicating with parents to celebrate success and track development

• Experience working with children or young people
• Previous experience supporting pupils with SEN
• An Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
• Two recent professional references
