As part of our commitment to providing high-quality education staff, we are currently recruiting experienced and compassionate SEND Teaching Assistants (SEND TAs) to join our team from September.

This setting is seeking a dedicated SEND TA to join their team on a long-term basis. The role involves supporting pupils with a range of needs, including Autism (ASD) and Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), working both 1:1 and in small groups. The right candidate will bring patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for improving the educational and emotional development of young learners.

• Support pupils with a range of needs, including ASD and SLD, in 1:1 and small group settings.

• Proven experience supporting students with SEND in either education or care settings
• Confidence working with a variety of learning needs and behaviours
• The ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively and calmly
• A warm, caring, and consistent approach to support and learning

• Ongoing support from a dedicated consultant, available 24/7 throughout your journey with us

• Competitive daily pay rates between £90 and £130, depending on experience
