Oasis Academy Daventry Road is a vibrant, inclusive secondary school at the heart of South Bristol. Since opening in 2023 with its first cohort of Year 7 students, the academy has already built strong foundations and is now on an exciting growth journey. With a brand-new, state‑of‑the‑art permanent building under construction set to include modern sports facilities, landscaped outdoor areas, and dynamic learning spaces, the academy will expand year on year until it reaches full capacity as a 900‑place school.

• Leading curriculum planning and development across the academy
• Managing timetabling to support effective teaching and learning
• Supporting staff to deliver high‑quality lessons and raise outcomes
• Championing student wellbeing, inclusion, and achievement
• Working closely with the Principal and SLT to ensure smooth operations

• Leadership experience at Deputy Principal level, or clear potential to step into the role
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Resilience and a calm presence when under pressure or balancing multiple priorities
• A commitment to inclusive, stimulating learning environments
• The ability to inspire and support staff and students
