We are recruiting an experienced SEND Teacher for an immediate start at a Secondary SEMH school in Bristol. This is a full-time, temp-to-perm role for a confident and resilient teacher who can hit the ground running.

This is a challenging but lovely school with a supportive leadership team. The pupils have SEMH needs and display challenging behaviour, so prior experience in a similar setting is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

* Teaching KS3–KS4 pupils within a Secondary SEND / SEMH setting

* Planning and delivering structured, engaging lessons

* Managing challenging behaviour using positive behaviour strategies

* Building strong relationships with pupils and staff

* Working collaboratively with support staff and SLT

Requirements:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential

* Proven experience working with SEMH and challenging behaviour

* Strong behaviour management skills

* Calm, resilient, and adaptable approach

* Ability to start immediately
