At Protocol Education, we’re looking for enthusiastic, caring and reliable individuals to support pupils in primary schools across Bristol - specifically, we're recruiting for BS15.
Whether you’ve worked in childcare, coaching, youth work, care, or you’re simply brilliant with children and ready for something new, we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll be doing :Supporting pupils in class alongside the teacher
Working one-to-one with children who need extra encouragement
Helping to create a calm, positive learning environment
Supporting play, creativity and confidence-building
A natural rapport with children
Patience, empathy and a positive attitude
Reliability and willingness to learn
Experience with children is great, but not essential
Flexible work to fit around you
- Weekly pay (£13.75-£14.50), via PAYE

Ongoing support from a dedicated consultant
Access to free training and development, including Thrive training
A foot in the door for a future career in education
Right to Work in the UK, for example Passport or Sharecode
Two proofs of address, such as a driving licence, utility bill, or council tax letter
CV covering the last 10 years of work or education, with any gaps explained
Two years of references, including childcare or youth work where relevant
OSPC if you’ve lived overseas for three months or more in the last five years

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
