Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum

Adapt quickly to different school environments and classroom expectations

Create a positive and inclusive learning environment

Manage classroom behaviour effectively using positive reinforcement strategies

Support pupils’ academic progress and wellbeing

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Recently completed teacher training (or completing this academic year)

Strong classroom presence and a willingness to learn and adapt

Passion for education and making a difference in children’s lives

Flexibility, reliability, and a proactive attitude
