Creating a calm, positive, and encouraging environment? Working closely with teachers and SENCOs? Using patience, empathy, and creativity to helpstudents shine? Making every day rewarding - for you and yourpupils!

What You'll Need? Experience working with children or vulnerable adults (school or non-school settings welcome!)? A caring, patient, adaptable approach? Confidence supporting students with a range ofneeds? An enhanced DBS (or willingness to get onethrough Hays)
