A supporting education consultancy is seeking an experienced Quality of Education Lead (Deputy Headteacher) for an interim assignment at a secondary school in the South West. This leadership role focuses on enhancing teaching and learning, coaching middle leaders, and leading effective continuous professional development without the requirement for a teaching commitment. The position is initially from February to May, preferably five days a week, with potential for extension on a day rate basis.
