30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 4 pm - 10 pm, term time only (including INSET days). Fixed term until 31 December 2026.

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and hardworking individual to join our Site Team in this new role of Evening Caretaker. The successful applicant will be the main point of contact for our evening lettings, supporting where necessary and ensuring spaces are ready. They will also be required to carry out various maintenance duties to ensure the general upkeep of the premises, minor grounds works and site lock-up.

The successful candidate will have good handyperson skills, gained either through a technical/vocational qualification or equivalent experience and a good working knowledge of Health and Safety. You will be efficient and organised with a ‘can do’ attitude, a calm and professional manner, and have the ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
