ABOUT THE SCHOOL

Prospero Teaching is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Primary Teacher to join a supportive Primary School based in East Bristol.
The school prides itself on its collaborative atmosphere and strong focus on professional development, offering regular CPD opportunities across the academic year. Depending on performance, there may be opportunities for contract extension or a permanent position.

Day Rate: £130 - £180 per day

Hours:

8:20 am - 3:30 pm

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS

Previous experience working in a UK school is mandatory
A minimum of 24 months of verifiable, child‑related references is required
QTS or equivalent teaching qualification (desired/required depending on school's needs)
Up‑to‑date safeguarding training completed within the last year
Experience or interest in supporting students with Special Educational Needs, including:
Autism
Speech & Language Needs
Strong command of spoken and written English
Experience in healthcare or supporting vulnerable individuals is desirable

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:

Hold the Right to Work in the UK
Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered on the Update Service, or be willing to apply for a new one
Provide two professional, child‑related references covering the last 24 months
