JOB TITLE - Year 2 Teacher
ABOUT THE SCHOOL
Prospero Teaching is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Year 2 Teacher to join a supportive and well‑established Primary School based in North West Bristol.
The school has a strong teaching team, excellent leadership, and a focus on continuous professional development. CPD is offered throughout the year, and depending on performance, the role may lead to a contract extension or a permanent position.

Monday to Friday
Day Rate: £130 - £180 per day
Hours:
8:20 am - 3:30 pm
EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS
Previous experience working in a UK school is mandatory
A minimum of 24 months of verifiable, child‑related references is required
QTS or equivalent recognised teaching qualification
Up‑to‑date safeguarding training completed within the last year
Experience supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs, including:
Autism
Speech & Language Needs
Strong command of spoken and written English
Experience with in healthcare or supporting vulnerable individuals is desirable
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:
Hold the Right to Work in the UK
Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered on the Update Service, or be willing to apply for a new one
Provide two professional, child‑related references covering the last 24 months
