We are seeking an inspirational Teacher of Creative Digital Media giving an opportunity to teach, eSports, Games Design, Creative Digital Media and IT, with the enthusiasm, expertise and commitment to deliver high‑quality learning experiences for our students. You will be working within a small but dedicated team where you will have the opportunity to use your passion and subject knowledge to spark curiosity, promote creative thinking and contribute to the success and life chances of all children in our trust.

* A qualified teacher or hold an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
* Flexible and confident in delivering cover lessons across other subjects when required, ensuring continuity of learning for all students.
* Able to meet the needs of diverse learners, including pupil premium students, looked after children, SEND learners and high‑attaining students.
* A strong communicator who can embrace change, motivate colleagues and build positive relationships with students, staff and families.
* Empowered to develop your own practice, contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and support the development of others.
* Highly competent in meeting the Teachers’ Standards, offering sustained and substantial contributions consistent with an Upper Pay Scale teacher (where applicable).

** About Digitech Studio School
** Digitech delivers a specialised curriculum for 14-19 year olds, where we offer progression into the creative digital and high-tech sectors. We are located in Warmley, on the outskirts of Bristol and South Gloucestershire. Studio schools are small by design, and we only take 90students into each year group.
This allows us to meet the needs of individual students in a personalised way.
Digitech Studio School has been on an enormous improvement journey over the last few years which has seen outcomes consistently improve year on year with all indicators.
