Head Teacher

The Head Teacher will:

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across all aspects of secondary education

• Secure consistently high standards of teaching, learning, behaviour, and outcomes

• Lead school improvement with a strong focus on curriculum, assessment, and staff development

• Promote a culture of ambition, respect, and inclusion for all students

• Ensure robust safeguarding, attendance, and pastoral systems

• Work in close partnership with governors/trustees and external stakeholders

• Represent the school confidently within the local and wider education community
