We're working with a welcoming primary school in Hengrove, Bristol to recruita dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant who can make a meaningful impact in inclusive and nurturinglearning environments. ?

Your Role Will Include:
Providing tailoredsupport to a specific pupil with additional learning needs Collaborating withclass teachers and SENCOs to implement personalised learning plans Building apositive and encouraging relationship to help the pupil engage and progress Supportingemotional regulation and social development Assisting withclassroom activities and transitions to promote inclusion

What We're Looking For:

A caring,empathetic, and patient approach Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience supporting children with SEND or additional needs - highly desirable Level 2 or 3

Teaching Assistant qualification - an advantage, but not essential ?
