What You'll Be Doing Providing personalised 1:1 support for a pupil with additional learning needs Working closely with class teachers and the SENCO to deliver tailored learning plans Building a supportive, encouraging relationship to promote engagement and progress Supporting emotional regulation and social development Assisting with classroom routines, group activities, and smooth transitions ??

What We're Looking For A caring, patient and empathetic approach Strong communication and relationship-building skills Experience supporting children with SEND or additional needs (highly desirable) Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (advantageous but not essential) ??
