The Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
Assist children with SEMH, general SEN and PLMD needs
Help create a positive, inclusive learning environment
Adapt support to meet individual needs and learning styles
Work closely with teachers and other support staff
Provide personal care where required
Use initiative and remain flexible in a fast-paced environment
What We’re Looking For
You do not need prior SEN experience, but you should have:
A caring, patient and resilient approach
A willingness to learn and be proactive
Strong communication and teamwork skills
An interest in supporting children with additional needs
Full training and ongoing support are provided.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
