A welcoming and community‑focused primary school in South Bristol is seeking a Qualified Early Years Practitioner to join their vibrant Early Years team. You will play a key role in supporting children aged 3-5, delivering high‑quality learning experiences that promote curiosity, independence, and a love of learning.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone committed to early childhood development and passionate about helping young learners flourish in a nurturing school environment.

• Planning and delivering engaging activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Supporting children’s personal, social, and emotional development
• Creating a warm, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
• Observing and assessing children’s progress, contributing to learning journals
• Working closely with the class teacher and wider early years team
• Building positive relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues
• Ensuring the safeguarding, welfare, and safety of all children

• Holds a relevant Early Years qualification (Level 3 or above)
• Has experience working in a nursery, preschool, or early years school setting
• Is enthusiastic, nurturing, and passionate about child development
• Can think creatively and help make learning fun and engaging
• Has strong communication skills and works well as part of a team
• Understands the EYFS framework and child‑centred practice
