Job Title360 Team Manager
Who We AreOasis Academy Brislington is part of the Oasis Community Learning family, a multi-academy trust with the express purpose of transforming schools into community hubs, through applying a holistic view of education. This is an exciting time to join us under the leadership of a newly appointed Principal. We are a large and oversubscribed secondary academy with 1,400 students on roll. The academy was inspected by OFSTED in October 2021 and was categorised as a Good school.

This is an exciting opportunity to support students pastorally to achieve and be the best version of themselves on a daily basis. You will work in close collaboration with the Student Progress Leader of year group(s) and school team, working holistically and preventatively to ensure learner well‑being and attainment. You will provide 360 degrees of care, support and challenge for the students and families within your year group(s).
You will promote positive attendance and punctuality through the Academy Attendance strategy and provide professional support to vulnerable groups and their families, including access to multi‑agency support. Please note that a teaching qualification is not required for this role.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build positive relationships
- Good team player
- Experience of working within an education establishment
- Good level of ICT skills (Microsoft Package)
- Demonstrated flexibility and very good organisational skills
- Emotional resilience in working with challenging behaviours and attitudes
- Good sense of humour
