We’re partnering with a wonderful group of nurseries across South Bristol who are looking for a passionate and fully qualified Nursery Teacher to join their teams. These settings pride themselves on delivering high-quality early years education, where children feel safe, supported and inspired to explore the world around them.
This role is ideal for an experienced early years professional who is confident leading learning in line with the EYFS, nurturing strong relationships with children and families, and creating a stimulating environment where every child can thrive.
The Role:Based in nurseries across South Bristol
Leading high-quality learning and development for children aged 0–5
Planning and delivering engaging, play-based activities in line with the EYFS
Creating a safe, inclusive and nurturing learning environment
Observing, assessing and tracking children’s progress
Supporting and guiding nursery practitioners and support staff
Building strong relationships with parents and carers
Ensuring safeguarding procedures and welfare requirements are always met
Fully qualified Nursery Teacher (Level 3 Early Years, EYTS or QTS)
Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
Passionate about early childhood development and education
Warm, patient and enthusiastic approach to teaching and care
Confident leading a room and supporting team development
Excellent communication skills with children, families and colleagues

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
