What we’re looking for
We are looking for an inspiring and experienced teacher of economics and business studies to set up these courses in our new and growing sixth form from September 2026. This is a unique and exciting opportunity to join a new sixth form and create a world class curriculum. We are looking for candidates who relish the challenges and rewards of working in a highly ambitious school.
You are likely to have gained exceptional teaching skills through your career or personal experience. You will be able to bring to us a passion for pedagogy and care deeply for young people. You will have QTS.
The role involves planning, delivering, assessing and reporting on the economics and business studies curriculum for the sixth form. You will also co‑plan with colleagues, contribute to the development of the school curriculum, participate in departmental meetings and support pastoral care of pupils within the subject area.
