Affinity Workforce Solutions is proud to be working in partnership with Cabot Learning Federation (CLF) to recruit Supply English Teachers across their Bristol academies. Working with CLF gives you the unique opportunity to teach across multiple schools within the trust, gain experience in different environments, and benefit from more long term and ongoing teaching opportunities.

As a Supply English Teacher, you will deliver inspiring lessons, support students in developing strong literacy skills, and contribute to engaging learning across Key Stages 3 and 4. Depending on school needs, you may work in different CLF academies, giving you valuable experience and consistency within one established trust.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• QTS, a PGCE or an equivalent Secondary English teaching qualification
• An Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply through AWS)
• Previous experience teaching English in a UK Secondary school
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• A secure understanding of the English curriculum at KS3 and KS4
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people
