As a Lecturer in Health and Social Care, you will play a crucial role in delivering high‑quality teaching and learning, igniting students’ passion for the health and care sector and equipping them with the knowledge and skills to excel.
Responsibilities• Deliver engaging and high‑quality teaching and learning to a diverse student cohort.
• Inspire and motivate students to pursue careers in the health and care sector.
• Support student development and success through innovative teaching methods and personalised support.
• Participate in a vibrant, inclusive college culture and contribute to continuous improvement.
