Key Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Leading with clarity and care: supervise and support a team of youth workers, ensuring consistent, high‑quality early help interventions across campus.
  • Creating safe, welcoming spaces: be a visible, reassuring presence, helping learners feel safe and connected throughout their college day.
  • Building trust and engagement: develop respectful, professional relationships with learners, using restorative and relational approaches to support personal growth.
  • Driving inclusion and access: help learners—especially those considered high‑risk or hard to reach—to access support and engage in activities that foster belonging, resilience, and wellbeing.
  • Collaborating across teams: work closely with curriculum leaders, enrichment staff, and external partners to co‑deliver workshops, group programmes, and learner‑led initiatives.
