* The Role:
** As a Lunchtime Supervisor, you will:
* Supervise pupils during lunch times, including in the dining hall, playground, or classrooms
* Encourage positive behaviour and social interaction
* Assist with basic care needs where appropriate
* Manage minor first-aid incidents and report concerns to senior staff
* Follow school safeguarding and behaviour policies consistently
* Ensure the safety, welfare, and wellbeing of all pupils at all times
We are looking for someone who will also:
* Be enthusiastic, self-motivated, and have a positive ‘can-do’ attitude
* Work well as part of a team while also using their own initiative
* Communicate clearly and kindly with children and staff
* Show warmth, care, and commitment to children’s safety and wellbeing
* Remain calm and supportive in interactions with pupils
* Support the school’s outdoor play approach, embracing our ‘whatever the weather’ ethos
* Act as a helpful link between pupils, lunchtime staff, and teaching staff
* Be willing to take part in training and professional development
* Maintain confidentiality at all times
