Learning Support Assistant in Mathematics
Windsor Forest Colleges Group is looking for a Learning Support Assistant to work 37 hours per week at our Berkshire College of Agriculture campus. This position is permanent and term‑time only for 37 weeks of the year.
Salary: G16 £ 20,015.81–£22,246.80 (full‑time equivalent G16 £ 24,098–G19 £ 26,784).
In this role you will enable students to access the mathematics curriculum as fully as possible, supporting them to work towards their desired outcomes, achieving their learning goals and potential.
Working in a team under the direction and supervision of the Curriculum Director, Programme Manager and Lecturers, you will assist with teaching, learning and associated activities in accordance with college policies and procedures, including Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCP). This may include supporting whole classes, working with individuals and small groups, assisting with planning, delivery and evaluation of learning activities, and working closely with pastoral and welfare staff to help students overcome learning, physical or emotional boundaries.
