• Support classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons in a well-equipped Art department.
• Work with individual students and small groups in the role of an Art
  Teaching Assistant to reinforce learning
• Being proactive in assisting in preparing classroom resources and materials
• Dedication to supporting students’ creative development within the Art department, improve their understanding of lesson content, and develop their creative skills
• Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment and ensuring all students are able to participate fully in lessons
• Supervise students and provide additional learning support when required as a reliable Teaching Assistant
  .

• A degree in Art or a related creative subject
• A strong interest in education and working with young people
• Good communication and teamwork skills when working alongside a well experienced Art department
• A patient, supportive, and enthusiastic approach to teaching
