Location: Bedminster, Bristol
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:45 am - 15:45 pm
Requirement: Full-time
Start Date: ASAP May 2026

We're looking for Teaching Assistants who are ready to support children with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC),
non-verbal communication needs
, and Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD). Whether you're experienced or just starting out, if you have a heart for helping children thrive, we want to hear from you!

• Supporting pupils with complex needs in a nurturing, inclusive environment
• Assisting with communication, sensory integration, and emotional regulation
• Providing 1:1 and small group support tailored to individual learning goals between the ages of 4-19
• Helping children engage in classroom activities, play, and therapeutic sessions
• Collaborating with teachers and therapists to deliver holistic care and education
• Celebrating every small step of progress and building meaningful relationships

• Previous experience working with young people, ideally within an SEND setting
• Highly organised with excellent communication skills
• Passionate about supporting and inspiring children to reach their full potential
• Strong behaviour management skills and a calm, patient approach
• Experience supporting children or adults with additional needs such as ASC, ADHD, or similar conditions
• Knowledge of Makaton, sign language, or alternative communication methods is desirable but not essential
• A proactive attitude with a flexible and caring approach to supporting children’s individual needs
